  • Finalize floor plans and program.
  • Review cost control and financial feasibility.
  • Prepare design development documents consisting of plans, sketches, 3D renderings, and outline specifications illustrating project.
  • Review selection of materials, equipment, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Provide estimated project cost based on design development documents.
  • Present time schedule required to prepare construction documents.
  • Receive client's authorization to proceed with remaining services.
  • Begin all necessary municipal approvals.
